Due to computer problems the last week of February, we were unable to update the site. Therefore, the February specials will remain in effect through the end of March. Congratulations:

We'd like to congratulate the USA Bob Sled teams on their recent victorys in Salt Lake City. The entire team has put in a tremendous amount of work to win those metals, and achieve the recognition they deserve. We feel a particular sense of pride, because they use Race Glaze® Polish and Sealant on the sleds. Nine years ago, I went to Chassis Dynamics in Connecticut, where the sleds are designed and built, and left a sample of Race Glaze® with the shop owner, Bob Cuneo. About four months later, Bob called and asked where they could get more of this unique product - he said it was the best polish or wax he had ever used. I made sure that Bob got the polish he needed before they went to Norway for testing prior to the winter olympics. Since then, the product of choice for all the USA bob sleds, is Race Glaze® Polish and Sealant. Congratulations Bob and team, and thanks for continuing to use Race Glaze®.

Joy and Mustang.jpg (31462 bytes) This month I decided to use a special picture, that has pleasant memories for me. I had just returned home from a day of drag racing that netted me a trophy, and was greeted by our 6 year old daughter, Joy. As can be seen in this picture, she was very happy that Daddy won a trophy that day. I raced this Mustang for only 2 years, because I realized that I was missing a lot, by leaving my wife and 2 young children, to go off and drag race on Sundays. So I sold the race car, and used the money to buy a swimming pool, that we could all enjoy. It is especially meaningful to use Joy's picture this month, because she just blessed us with our third grandchild, and named him Brendan Warner Rafferty. I was very touched that she chose her maiden name for Brendan's middle name. Joy has grown up to be a wonderful woman, and a great mother to her three children. Next month, I'll feature another one of my former cars, with our son, Rick. He is also into cars, just like me. Thanks for indulging a very proud father.
